How and when your order reaches you.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India to pincodes served by our courier partner, Delhivery. Checkout tells you if your pincode cannot be served.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹799 or more. Below that, a flat ₹50 shipping charge applies. Any promotional offer that includes free shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your pincode and the courier. Dates given are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, festivals or courier issues.

Tracking

Once your order is handed to the courier we will share tracking details by email where available. If you have not heard from us, write to contact@livenonesuch.com with your order number.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is offered only for pincodes where the courier supports it. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Damaged or wrong parcels
